K Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service for homeowners with heating and cooling problems in the Spokane area. We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not send anyone to your home, and we do not repair, service or install equipment. Independent local providers do that work.
What we do is explain. This site covers the safe first steps, the common repairs and the replacement choices in plain words. When you are ready, we connect you with a provider who can look at your system in person.
A furnace that quits on a cold night or an AC that dies in a heat wave puts a homeowner in a tough spot. People often agree to the first price they hear because they do not know what else to ask. Some take risks with gas or electrical parts because they do not know where the danger starts.
We built this site so homeowners can learn the options first. A clear picture of the problem leads to calmer decisions and better questions for the provider.
When you fill out the estimate form or use the phone number on this site, your request goes to an independent provider who serves your area. In some cases it goes through a marketing partner that works with local providers. The match depends on your location, the type of problem and which providers are taking requests at that time.
We expect providers in our network to:
If a provider falls short, tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest.
You should check a provider's license and insurance yourself and ask for proof if you are unsure.
Providers or marketing partners may pay K Heating & Air for calls and requests we send them. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider. That payment does not change the price you are quoted, and you pay the provider directly for any work you approve.
If you have a heating or cooling problem and want to understand your options, start with a request. A provider will follow up and walk you through the next steps.
If you would rather talk first, request a callback to check provider availability.
