What K Heating & Air Does
K Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not perform AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling services.
When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
How K Heating & Air Is Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay K Heating & Air for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change the price a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.
Providers Are Independent Businesses
Providers are not employees, agents or partners of K Heating & Air. Each provider is solely responsible for:
- Its estimates, pricing and terms
- The quality and timing of its work
- The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
- Its licenses, insurance and certifications
- How it communicates with you and conducts itself
A referral is not an endorsement or a promise about a provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers take part in our network at that time.
The Choice Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, get a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
Call Recording
Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
