K Heating & Air connects homeowners in the Spokane area with independent heating and cooling contractors. If your business handles AC repair, furnace repair or system replacement, our network can send you requests from homeowners who already know what they need help with.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire technicians or staff. We work with independent businesses that want more residential calls.

Who Fits the Network

We are looking for HVAC businesses that:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required for HVAC work in your area
• Serve homes in Spokane or nearby towns
• Can answer homeowner calls and requests during the hours you set
• Work on furnaces, central air, heat pumps or ductless systems

Small shops and owner-operators are welcome, as long as they meet these basics.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to this site to learn their options before anyone starts work. We expect providers to match that approach:

• Explain the problem in plain words
• Put estimates in writing before starting
• Respect a homeowner who declines or wants other quotes
• Follow safety rules on gas, venting and electrical work
• Respond to complaints fairly

Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed from the network.
