What K Heating & Air Does

K Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not carry out heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its own estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
