How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts K Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience reaching K Heating & Air by phone or form
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that K Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@kheating.com and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Send It

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our response does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
